For best viewing press the F11 key to view the webpage in full screen, to reset to standard viewing press F11 again

To increase the page (and text size) use the Ctrl in combination with the + key or use the Ctrl key in combination with your mouse wheel.
To decrease the page and text size use the Ctrl key in combination the - key or use the Ctrl key in combination with your mouse wheel.

Keyboard user can navigate through the site (including page scrolling) with the Tab key
To navigate backwards use the shift key in combination with the Tab key
